Pack the Footwear
Place the unused footwear in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and the invoice intact to ensure a smooth processing.
Schedule Pickup
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the return package.
Receive Refund
After a quality check at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit within 7-10 business days.
